I love working with people who are smarter than me. In both a work and personal capacity, that means surrounding myself with people who know things I don’t; or know things better than I do. Today, I’m breaking down a tonne of different professionals who have supported me on my life and career journey to optimize my mind, body and soul. I’ll dive into coaches and consultants I have worked with, paramedical services that I swear by (aka the people who you can hire and then expense through your health benefits) and many more. I’ve kissed a lot of frogs, and I’m excited to share my experience with you today.

“Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean that you should.”

- Natalie Eckdahl

Recap:

  • Frequently audit who’s “in your corner”
Does it feel like enough, does it feel right, does it work with where you’re at in life right now?

  • View experts and professionals as a time saver, not money waster
See it as an efficient use of your time…NOT something to beat yourself up over. Sure, you could learn some of these skills, or do something yourself (like cleaning) but is that how you want or should be spending your time?

  • You might have to kiss a few frogs…
…but I promise, it will be worth it!
