Figuring out newborn sleep with Georgina Wysiecki of Woodlands Collective

LISTEN ON YOUR FAV PODCAST APP HERE

If you have young kids, you know that talking about sleep is a hot topic around the table when chatting with friends these days.

You chat about what sleep methods work, what don’t, what you’ve tried, what regression you’re at etc.

It can be really all-consuming and at times, confusing! We’re in an information age which can be a blessing and a curse.

That’s why I’m bringing you this interview I did with the best sleep expert around, Georgina Wysiecki.

In this episode we cover…

  • the biology of sleep and specifically sleep in newborns

  • the best approach to take to support your newborn’s (and your) sleep rhythms

  • what type of advice you should and shouldn’t listen to…and so much more
